Flowers that do not meet our high-quality standards
Arrangements that have been damaged during transit
Incorrect items delivered
Timeframe for accepting returns:
We accept returns within 1 day of the delivery date.
When you can expect a refund:
Once we’ve received your return request and assessed the situation, we’ll promptly process your refund. You can expect the refund to be issued within 4 days to your original payment method.
Please note:
For returns due to dissatisfaction, we may request a photo of the flowers as part of our quality assurance process.
Refunds may take 2 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
